Face the panel: ask, stop, fold and separate your hands.
Face the dealer in Blackjack, also known as 21. This table uses six decks, payout of 3:2 in original blackjack and dealer stopping at any 17. Chips are fictitious for the session, unrelated to the coin balance in the account.
1 player against the dealer 6 decks · 312 cards Difficulty Medium
Overview
Play against the dealer using fictional session chips, separate from your account coins. Start with 1,000 chips. Choose your bet and deal the cards.
Card values and winning
Face cards are worth 10. An Ace counts as 1 or 11, whichever benefits the hand. Blackjack is an Ace plus a ten-value card in your original two cards; 21 after splitting is an ordinary hand. A win returns your bet and pays 1:1; blackjack pays 3:2. A push returns your bet. Going over 21 loses immediately, even if the dealer busts later.
Your turn
Hit to take a card or stand to keep your hand. With your first two cards, you may double down: add another bet, receive exactly one card and stand. Equal-value pairs may be split into up to four hands, paying an extra bet for each hand. Finish one hand before cards are dealt to the next. Split Aces receive just one additional card each and cannot be split again.
Insurance and surrender
When the dealer shows an Ace, accept or decline insurance costing half your original bet. Insurance pays 2:1 if the dealer has blackjack, independently of your main hand. The dealer checks for blackjack before your turn. After that check, you may surrender your original two-card hand to recover half your bet.
Variant of this table
Six decks without Jokers. The dealer stands on all 17s, including soft 17 (an Ace counted as 11). Doubling after splitting is allowed, except on split Aces. The shoe is reshuffled between rounds when fewer than half its cards remain. The next round keeps your chip balance; restarting the session resets it to 1,000. Hints only use visible cards and do not guarantee a win.
Blackjack is a form of 21 against the dealer, with specific rules for natural blackjack, doubling down, splitting and payouts. The name 21 is also used for homegrown variants. Here, “21” identifies the Blackjack variant described above; there are no bonuses for five cards or other homemade bonuses.
