Terms of use and refunds

Games without real money

Deckopedia is a card game site made for fun. Poker, Blackjack and the other games involve no betting, no cash prizes and no form of gambling. Coins are a virtual item of the site: they have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred between accounts or used outside Deckopedia.

Account and age

You are responsible for your account and for what happens in it. Purchases are intended for people over 18; minors should only buy with the authorization and supervision of a legal guardian. To use multiplayer, share only information you accept making visible to other players.

Conduct and content

In multiplayer and in published games you may not use names, descriptions or rules that are offensive, discriminatory, illegal, that impersonate another person or that expose other people's personal data. You also may not cheat, automate matches, overload the service or try to access other people's accounts.

We may hide content, limit online features or close accounts that break these rules. To report a problem, use the feedback form or the contact below.

Purchases

Payment is processed by Stripe in Brazilian reais. Coin packs and ad removal are one-time purchases, with no automatic renewal, and are released to the account as soon as payment is confirmed. Prices and what each offer includes appear on the plans page before you buy.

Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 7 calendar days after the purchase, under the right of withdrawal in the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, by writing to the contact below with the account email and the purchase date. After that period, we review each request in case of a billing error, a delivery failure or a duplicate charge.

When a pack is refunded, the matching coins are removed from the account; if they were already spent, the balance may go negative until new coins are claimed. When ad removal is refunded, the benefit is turned off. Card chargebacks and disputes have the same effect. The money returns through the same payment method, within the card issuer's timeframe.

Availability and changes

The service is under development and may change, become unavailable or lose features. Matches and data may be corrected or removed to keep the service fair and safe. When a relevant change affects purchases already made, we will let you know on the plans page or by email.

The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. To the extent allowed by law, Deckopedia's liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchase in question. These terms follow Brazilian law, and the venue is the consumer's place of residence.
